Our private homes are designed for service members and/or families. 

– US Air Force pilots attending classes at Randolph Air Force Base’s Air Education and Training Command (AETC) – Pilot Instructor Training (PIT), Drone Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS),  Remote Piloted Aircraft (RPA); spouses and children are welcome and encouraged to join you in our family-friendly homes.

– Family and friends attending Lackland Basic Military Training (BMT) graduation.

– Accommodations during Permanent Change of Duty Station (PCS) or in-between homes (buying/selling; building; renting)

– On personal leave or visiting the area

Rent is charged at the lodging rate per night granted by the government during trainings and temporary duties (TDYs). (https://www.defensetravel.dod.mil/Docs/perdiem/JTR.pdf). 

CrashpadSanAntonio accepts e-payment using your government travel card, no additional charges or fees apply.

CrashpadSanAntonio will provide monthly receipts to reflect per night stay by date, compliant with government voucher requirements.  No fuss reimbursement.

You may transition to a CrashpadSanAntio property from base lodging. Check with us for immediate availability.

Make sure you cancel any existing reservations to avoid any penalties.

Check with your command for official guidance.

No security deposit required with first month’s rent payment to secure property.

Our single-family properties are conveniently located right outside the gates of Randolph Air Force Base and Lackland Air Force Base. 

CrashpadSanAntonio properties include regular lawn and cleaning services. 

We fully furnish our properties for your convenience. All homes include comfortable King or Queen beds and linens; full-size washer/dryer; kitchen appliances, dishes, utensils; bathroom hair dryer, towels. Baby gates/pack n play upon request.
